📍 Delivery Timeframes
🕐 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
📲 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order in real-time.
If you haven't received a tracking link within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@zembabags.com.
📦 Packaging
Every Zemba bag is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
❌ Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will make 2 additional attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
In such cases, please contact us to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. We are working on international shipping and hope to make it available soon.
