Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which products purchased from Zemba (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) may be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Customers may request a return of eligible products within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

1.2 To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, and invoice must be intact and returned.
  • The return request must be initiated within the stipulated 7-day period.

1.3 Zemba reserves the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, stains, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.
  • Items reported after the 7-day return window.
  • Damage caused due to mishandling, negligence, or improper use by the customer.

3. Return Request Process

3.1 To initiate a return, customers must contact Zemba Customer Support within 7 days of delivery via:

3.2 Products must not be shipped back without prior approval from Zemba.

3.3 Upon approval, Zemba will arrange a reverse pickup through its logistics partner, subject to service availability.

3.4 The product will be inspected upon receipt at our warehouse. Approval of the return is subject to successful quality checks.

4. Refunds

4.1 Once the returned product passes inspection, the refund will be initiated.

4.2 Refunds shall be processed to the original mode of payment used at checkout.

4.3 Refund timelines:

  • Online payments: 10–15 business days after return approval.
  • COD orders (if applicable): Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving customer bank details.

4.4 Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product delivered by Zemba.

5. Exchanges

5.1 Zemba does not offer direct product exchanges.

5.2 Customers wishing to purchase an alternate product must:

  • Complete the return process for the original order, and
  • Place a new order separately on the website.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

6.1 In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must notify Zemba within 7 days of delivery.

6.2 Customers may be required to provide photographic or video evidence for verification.

6.3 Upon verification, Zemba will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, at its discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zemba shall not be liable for:

  • Any damage caused after delivery due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
  • Delays in refunds caused by third-party payment gateways or banks.
  • Failure of pickup services due to reasons beyond Zemba’s control.

8. Policy Amendments

Zemba reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
