Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

✅ Requested within 7 days of delivery
✅ Unused and in original condition
✅ Original packaging intact with all tags
✅ Invoice included
✅ All free gifts or bundled items returned
⚠️ If any free items were included with your order, they must be returned along with the main product for the return to be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

Share details — Provide your order number and reason for return. Attach photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.

Get approval — Our team will review and approve your return request within 24 hours. Do NOT send items back without approval.

Pack securely — Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags, invoice and any free gifts included.

Ship the item — Send the package to the address provided by our team. Share the tracking details with us.

Refund processed — Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–4 working days.
